End User Licence Agreement

1. Licence

Auxtion grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Auxtion web app for its intended purpose: requesting songs at participating Venues, in accordance with the Terms of Service.

The app, its design, code, name, and logo are owned by Auxtion or its licensors. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership to you.

2. What you may not do

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works from the app.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly permits it.

Use automated tools to access the app, or interfere with its security or operation.

Use the app to infringe anyone's rights, including the rights of music rights-holders.

3. Third-party content and services

Song titles, artist names, and artwork are provided by third-party services (including Spotify and Apple Music chart data) and remain their property. Playback happens on the Venue's own music service under the Venue's licence. Auxtion does not stream or host music.

4. Updates

We may update the app at any time, including to add, change, or remove features. Updates are covered by this agreement.

5. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach it or the Terms of Service, or if you delete your account. We may also end it with reasonable notice if we discontinue the app. On termination you must stop using the app.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by Singapore law. The liability limits in the Terms of Service apply to this agreement.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy form part of it.
